I just received a voucher code as a gift! How do I go about redeeming it?

To redeem the code, please visit https://order.saladstop.com.sg/ and place your order. At the checkout screen, enter your code and hit apply to enjoy your discount!

How long are my vouchers valid for?

All vouchers are valid for 3 months from purchase date.

I have entered the code, however it shows that there is an error and does not work, what should I do next?

I have successfully redeemed my voucher but had to cancel the order due to a mistake. My voucher has been used up, how do I get it back?

Please contact us at app@saladstop.com.sg and send us your order number (e.g. SALAD-12345). We will assist to give you a new code.

My team member's salad is late and has not been delivered yet, what should I do?

For assistance, please send a whatsapp to +65 8922 8647. Share your order number (e.g. SALAD-12345) and we will assist you. SaladStop! outsources delivery orders to Lalamove and during wet weather conditions or rider shortages, delays may occur. We will do our best to follow up with lalamove to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Agreement to Terms

By using the Website, you agree to these Terms of Use and the SaladStop! Privacy Policy which are incorporated herein by reference. Each time you use the Website, you reaffirm your acceptance of the then-current Terms of Use.

SaladStop! reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time and at its sole discretion. The modified Terms of Use will be effective immediately upon posting and you agree to the new posted Terms of Use by continuing your use of the Website. You are responsible for staying informed of any changes

Account

You may be required to create an account and specify a password to use certain features on the Website. You agree to provide, maintain and update true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration processes. You may not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity, including using another person’s username, password, or other account information.

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and your account. And you are entirely responsible for all activity made by you or anyone that uses your account. You agree to safeguard your password from access by others. If you believe that your account has been compromised, you must immediately contact us by email at app@saladstop.com.sg. You agree to indemnify and hold SaladStop! harmless for losses incurred by SaladStop! or another party due to someone else using your account as a result of your failure to use reasonable care to safeguard your password.

Reliance on Information on the Website

The information presented on the Website is made available solely for general information purposes. Store location, hours, pricing information, and product details may change from time to time, and we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of this information. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk. We disclaim all liability and responsibility arising from any reliance placed on such materials by you or any other visitor to the Website, or by anyone who may be informed of any of its contents. In the event that any product available through or listed on the Website is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price or with other incorrect information, we reserve the right to either cancel the order or to charge you the correct price upon collection of your order.

In line with the above, all pictures shown on the Website are purely for illustration purposes. The actual product may vary. Nutritional information displayed on the Website is for instructional purposes only. Actual nutritional values of the product may vary depending on portioning.

Website Content – Your Responsibilities

You take full and sole responsibility for all your activities and conduct while using the Website, including all content, materials, submissions and/or uploads to community forums, blogs or public reviews on our site. SaladStop! will not be liable for the content of any user and expressly disclaims all related liability.

Order Fulfilment

When you place an order through the Website, SaladStop! will send an acknowledgement to the email address you provide. We reserve the right to cancel any orders for any reason (including pricing errors) and whether or not the order has been confirmed.

Without limitation of the foregoing, SaladStop! is not responsible for any inability to fulfil orders. If your payment card has already been charged for the purchase and we are unable to fulfil your order due to unforeseen circumstances, we will refund the amount charged to your payment card account or account credit. SaladStop! will use all reasonable endeavours to process such transactions within 5-7 working days.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order on the Website only before the order is accepted by the respective store where your order was placed. After your order is confirmed, the outlet would have started to prepare the food and therefore no refunds would be possible.

Abandoned Orders

If you place an order with us and fail to pick it up, we reserve the right to charge you the amount due (including by charging your credit card, if applicable). If you realize you cannot pick up an order, please contact the store that is fulfilling the order as soon as possible to let them know you cannot pick up the order and to see whether a charge may be avoided.

Your Rights If Something is Wrong With Your Order

You have a legal right to receive goods which comply with their description and which are of satisfactory quality.

If you believe that the Items you have been delivered do not comply with these legal rights, please let us know. We may request a photograph showing the problem if it is something that can be seen by inspecting the Items. We will provide a refund or account credit in respect of the affected part of the Item, unless we have reasonable cause to believe that the problem was caused after pick-up.

Prior to processing your refund or account credit, we may take into account relevant factors including the details of the order, including your account history and what happened on pick-up.

Food Allergen and Preference Information

SaladStop! may ask for your food allergen and preference information to assist you in selecting foods that do not include common allergens. We take the following precautions, but there is always a risk of contamination:

- We exercise care in identifying ingredients in our food that may cause allergic reactions for those with food allergies;
- We train our food production staff on commercially reasonable industry practices to minimize cross-contamination; and
- We label items with common allergen-containing ingredients.

Food Safety Tips

SaladStop! advises that all purchases, whether in-store or through SaladStop!’s online ordering platform, be consumed within one hour of pickup. SaladStop! shall not be held responsible, in any manner, for any claim, illness or other damage arising from the consumption of purchases after the aforementioned time line.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

Any matter or dispute arising out of or in connection with this Policy, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (“SIAC”) in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre ("SIAC Rules") for the time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this clause.

The seat of the arbitration shall be Singapore. The Tribunal shall consist of 1 arbitrator. The language of the arbitration shall be English.

Limitation of Liability

In the event of any problem with the Website or any content or products, you agree that your sole remedy is to discontinue your use of the Website, content or products. SaladStop!, its agents, representatives, and service providers shall not be liable, in any event, for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Website, content, or products, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the Website, content, or products. These exclusions for indirect, special, consequential, and exemplary damages include, without limitation, damages for personal injury, pain and suffering,emotional distress, lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, work stoppage, computer failure, or malfunction, or any other commercial damages or losses, even if SaladStop!, its agents, representatives, and service providers have been advised of the possibility thereof and regardless of the legal or equitable theory upon which the claim is based.

Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, SaladStop!, its agents, representatives and service providers' liability shall be limited to the extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold the SaladStop! entities, and each of their agents, representatives, and service providers harmless from and against any and all claims, including but not limited to third party claims, damages, costs, and liabilities, including reasonable attorneys’ fees arising out of, or in connection with, your violation of these Terms of Use.

Suspension and Termination

SaladStop! has the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Website for any reason, including, without limitation, if SaladStop!, in its sole discretion, considers your use to be unacceptable, or in the event of any breach by you of the Terms of Use. SaladStop! may, but shall be under no obligation to, provide you a warning prior to suspension or termination of your use of the Website.
